Fresh pasta salad with shrimps, feta & watermelon

pasta salad with shrimps feta watermelon (1 von 1)-2

A refreshing lunch for hot days

It’s ridiculously hot here in Vienna at the moment, so I was longing for something fresh and simple but still has some substance to it (I’ve been working out a lot recently and I’m basically constantly hungry + I love love love pasta!). This pasta salad is just that: Watermelon and mint are super refreshing, the slight sweetness of the watermelon contrasts the sourness of lime and feta, rocket adds a nice slightly bitter twang and bell peppers add a great crunch. You see, it’s a great combination!

The heat is making me too tired to write more, so let’s get started! πŸ™‚
